Magnolia Management is excited to announce the unveiling of our new Self-Service Portal for Owners. The easy-to-use Owner Access Portal allows property owners to go online to view their current account balances and review past payment history, anytime from anywhere.
You can pay with a bank draft or credit card when you can pay online using the First Citizens Bank payment website.
Online payments made via bank draft (eCheck) have no transaction fee while credit card payments are subject to transaction fees.
To Pay Online, you will need to know the following information:
Management Company ID: 3149
(Magnolia Management Services ***It may still list our old company name, Pelican Management Group, for the next couple of months.
Association ID: MLD
Property ID: Your Account Number
To submit a formal request for an exterior improvement:
Please fill out the below Architectural Request Form.
Once you complete the Architectural Request Form you will need to submit it to Magnolia Management Services via mail, email or fax.
